This unit designs and delivers training programmes, farmer exchange visits, and builds strategic partnerships that amplify PERF's reach and impact.

Finance & HR
The Finance, HR and Administration unit manages budgeting, internal audit, recruitment, and equipment management to support effective programme delivery.
