PERF Builds Network of Specialised Experts
PERF is developing a database of experts across agriculture, NRM, climate change, and related fields who can be engaged as the organisation grows its portfolio of projects and consultancies.
As part of its operational development, PERF is building a structured database of expert professionals in fields relevant to its mission — including Natural Resource Management, agroforestry, climate change adaptation, agribusiness, gender and development, and agricultural extension.
The experts database will enable PERF to rapidly identify and engage specialists as new project opportunities, consultancy assignments, and research needs emerge. Professionals in the database may be contracted to contribute to specific scopes of work in collaboration with PERF's core team.
This model allows PERF to remain agile and responsive — scaling its technical capacity to match the demands of each assignment while maintaining the quality and depth of expertise that partners and funders expect.
